General Shipping Information
Packages are shipped in 3-4 working days. During our peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, special events such as School of Art Fashion or inventory), packages may take 5-7 business days to ship. Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for Standard Delivery. Kits may take an additional 2 weeks for delivery. For faster service, select our Next day (1 day) or 2nd Day (2 days) service (additional ship charges apply).
Note: Your order may contain items that will be shipped from two separate warehouse locations. As a result, your order may not always come shipped together. This does not increase shipping cost.
USA Standard Shipping Rates & Information (1 code) (Allow 7-14 business days)
Applies to each “Ship To” delivery address within the USA, APO/FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. NOTE: Orders requesting Next Day or 2nd Day delivery must be received at Martha Pullen Company no later than 11:30 a.m. CT for shipping the same day.

Next Day Delivery Rates—Standard Shipping + $45 [2 code for this 1 day shipping]
2nd Day Delivery Rates—Standard Shipping + $20 [3 code for this 2 day shipping]
Canada/Mexico Shipping Rates & Information [4 code for Canada/Mexico]
Add $10 to the above Standard Delivery Rate under 3 lbs. Customer is responsible for applicable duty and tax charged by Customs. All prices in US funds.
Packages will be sent First Class Mail unless size prohibits it. Next Day or 2nd Day is not available.
Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties and customs fees.
International Shipping Rates & Information All other Countries [5 code all other countries]
All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. The standard shipping rate plus $15 will be charged under 3 lbs. You will NOT see the shipping rates as you are checking out on our site. Some countries have a size restriction, please be aware of your country’s limitations before ordering. Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, and custom fees.
Back ordered items will be cancelled unless delivery is expected in 1 or 2 days. We may hold your order, pending delivery of back ordered items, in an attempt to ship as much merchandise as possible at one time.
Items with SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS will be cancelled from your order.
Uninsurable Countries
Martha Pullen Company makes every attempt to package merchandise for optimum protection. However, if your country is uninsurable by the US Postal Service (see below), Martha Pullen Company will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items; Martha Pullen Company will not refund money or replace merchandise at no charge if you live in any of these countries.
When you place an online order, that will be delivered to an uninsured country, you automatically accept the responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise shipped by Martha Pullen Company.
Uninsurable countries listed in the October 2009 International Mail Manual (IMM) include:

Why do some items have Shipping Restrictions?
Some items have shipping restrictions attached to them. These items cannot ship via Air Mail. They cannot ship outside the contiguous USA. This may be due to their size, weight or content such as aerosol, flammable, combustible products, with the latter having strict shipping regulations attached.
Will I be charged shipping on any backordered items?
Shipping is charged in full with the initial shipment. Items shipped after that will not reflect a shipping charge.
When can I expect to receive my order?
