Sense of Direction PDF Quilt Pattern

Designed by Mary Claire Allen, this quilt was entered into the Jelly Roll Dream Challenge competition and was featured in the book Jelly Roll Dreams by Pat & Nicky Lintott. This downloadable six-page full-colour PDF pattern has all the instructions and piecing diagrams to create the colourful Sense of Direction quilt. This design captures the feeling of movement of traditional flying geese patterns in a fresh new way and involves cutting on the bias and working with angles.

Fabric requirements: One jelly roll or forty 2½in wide strips cut across the width of the fabric; 26in (65cm) of fabric for sashing (fabric width); ½yd (0.5m) of fabric for binding.
