This pattern is designed for heirloom sewing techniques using lace shaping,entredeux and gathered lace. The skirt can be embellished in many ways and allows for a 4-inch hem for times when lace is not desired. The bodice and sleeves may be embroidered or remain plain with only the lace shaping. The sleeves may be embellished as shown with two rows of lace or just one, as desired. Use your imagination to create many variations.
